The first day of summer sprung up so quickly this week. It made me think about all the outdoor shoots I want to do over the next few months. It almost seems crazy now that we are heading to Europe this month. But that’s okay, the long hot days will still be here when we get back. I can’t wait to head down the coast with some of the guys. It’s been such a long time since we got down that way. I’ll also be shooting a lot more right in the middle of the city as well. Check out Ivo and Aaron getting in to a naked water fight on the roof of my building a couple of summers ago.
It seems like a very long time since I’ve gotten out and shot nude guys in the city streets. So it was fun getting out again with Mickael to grab these shots as soon as the weather started to warm up. I want to try and get some element of outdoor scene in to all of the shoots. I love shooting outdoors and the natural light shots are always the best. I’ve just bought some portable LED lights for the trip to Europe. I’m hoping I won’t have to use them. But I’m thinking it’s going to be a lot darker there in winter than it is here now.
So I’m pretty excited this weekend to announce the final leg of our Europe trip. I was having trouble finding a nice place to stay in Paris in January, so we changed the flights and we will now spend the last week in Barcelona. Barcelona is a fantastic city! I went there late in the summer of 2009 and met some amazing men to shoot with. We stayed in a nice apartment in the Eixample area and fell in love with the city. So I’m pretty pleased to be heading back again. Here are just a few shots I took at the apartment with local artist Astroboi.
Now that the whole trip is finally booked I’m concentrating on getting lots of editing done before we leave and finalising a couple of shoots for next weekend. So I’ll be a busy boy until we leave in a couple of weeks.
You’re gonna love this update starring 19 y/o Aiden Bailey in San Francisco. Being his first shoot he was pretty nervous at first. Aiden is a really sweet guy. We had a lot of fun hanging out together over there. I’m hoping we can connect again sometime and shoot some more. I met Aiden at the end of my stay in the US so we only had time to shoot this scene and one other which was in the hotel in the background of the photo below. Isn’t he cute!
Oh man… what a hot shoot this is! Brent didn’t count on his first duo shoot happening with him bound to the stair handrails as Marco pokes him with his big cock. We untied him later when I started to worry about how long you could actually have someone tied up and be fucking them in that position. We made this shoot a couple of weeks and I forgot how hot it was until I processed the photos from it today.
I’ve finally posted the first scene I shot with Ryan this week. We met up earlier this year over a beer when Ryan offered to strip off right there! Ryan is a really sweet guy. I like hanging out with him a lot. He’s got a great thick Australian accent. I think I should get him talking more in the videos. He lives quite a long way from Melbourne, but I’m hoping he will come back this summer to shoot some more scenes with us.
Tate Ryder looked so hot when he turned up in a suit after a business meeting in the city. I’m so used to seeing the personal trainer getting about in his gym sweats. Of course he looks even better naked. I’m working on the video I made with Tate now that we shot after he got out of the suit. It’s really hot! I’ve done quite a few scenes with Tate now. He’s always a lot of fun to shoot with. Tate has shot some of the Behind The Scenes videos himself too.
I am pretty excited to wake up today to learn that my site has been nominated for an award at the Cybersocket Web Awards. Apparently all I need to do is get people voting at the Cybersocket site up until the 4th of December and then the votes will be counted for each category.

I’m not sure exactly what happens if we win. But at least it’s pretty cool to be listed amongst all those big American and European websites.
You know I will pretty much squeeze myself in to any space if I think I could get a new and interesting angle for a photo. I’ve been in the tiniest of hotel rooms wedged between a wall and the bed just so I can get those hot upward shots. My shoot with Tommy De Luca was in the tiniest of rooms, but I was determined to do that big Italian cock some justice. So many guys write me asking if they can come along to watch us shoot. While we don’t allow an audience at the shoots, I have actually started filming some of the shoots so you can see how it all works. I’ve just posted the video of Jake’s photo shoot (shot by Tate) in the new Behind The Scenes section of the members area. So now members can get to know the guys a little better as we talk and laugh through the shoots.
What a great time of the year to start shooting outdoors! It’s been an absolutely perfect weekend here in Melbourne to shoot outdoors. With loads of new guys coming up Zac helped out today by shooting one of our new hot guys out on the roof. The shots look amazing. I bet the video looks good too. I’m so glad my favourite studio is back… the great outdoors!
